PACE 5K

In commemoration of World Mental Health Day 2025, Udayana Psychiatry is honored to invite the community to take part in PACE 5K (Peace, Acceptance, Calmness, Endurance) with the theme “Run for Mental Health and Find Your PACE”. This event will be held on Sunday, October 12, 2025, starting at 05:30 WITA until completion, located at the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University.

PACE 5K is not just a running event, but also a movement to raise awareness of the importance of mental health. Through meaningful steps, participants are encouraged to celebrate positive spirit, embrace self-acceptance, and maintain calmness for better mental well-being.

Participants will enjoy various exclusive benefits, including a race jersey, medal, race pack, participation certificate, and the chance to win exciting door prizes. The event also features a health talk, blood pressure check, and zumba session, making the experience even more vibrant. In addition, there will be special prizes for the top 3 finishers who reach the finish line.
